Information We Collect

The mobile app requests access to information stored on your device such as personal information, financial information, location, camera, contacts, or other features you are enrolled in to enrich and simplify your own user experience and improve our services, as well as provide additional security to protect your account.

Some examples of information that may be collected with use of the app include:

  • Personal information including your first and last name, email address, user IDs, address, and phone number will be used for our everyday business purposes, such as verifying your identity and to maintain your accounts.
  • Financial and transactional information such as purchase history, credit score, and payment information to provide you with necessary products and services.
  • Location and contacts to enrich and simplify your own user experience and improve our services, as well as provide additional security to protect your account.
  • The app uses your camera to capture check images for mobile deposit use.
  • Device or other IDs for fraud prevention, security, app functionality, and bank communications.
